When life deals you lemons....make lemonade!

I busted my elbow open 2 days ago and yep it hurt alot but nothing a few stitches won't fix.

As a result of this very inconvenient injury, I have limited movement of my right arm.

..

Lessons learnt..

..

Take the rollerblades off before trying to carry everyone else's crap.

..

Predominant use of my left arm is challenging, but I persist because I know it will aid the healing process.

..

It's not the end of the world. Changing it up is creating balance in my brain.

..

Sometimes it's easier to just let go of things I can't control...like attempting to put on a bra each day or doing my hair🙈.

..

Appreciate how lucky I am to have not broken my arm. That would have been a giant pain in my ass!

There are always ways to exercise despite not being the HIIT or weights training I'm accustomed to. So long as I keep the diet in check, we're all gravy baby.

Why am I telling you all of this instead having a big fat moan?

..

'Cause I realised there are a bunch of principles right here that when applied in life, are exactly the mindset shifts that result in change.
